The first phase of the Woodland by Cordia project has been completed. We visited the site to see the development for ourselves, during which the company’s experts also provided an insight into current trends in the property market.
The company is implementing the development, named Centropolitan, on a plot of land located in the immediate vicinity of Bucharest Mall. Construction of the 274 flats began at the start of the year.
Cordia will commence construction of The View in Fonyód this month. The apartments with balconies and direct access to the waterfront will be built next to the public beach, close to the harbour.
Cordia will give the construction sector a boost of nearly 130 billion euros. 1.5 times more than forecast at the beginning of the year, nearly 1,500 homes will be sold this year.
A domestic property developer is building on the Andalusian coast.
In District XIII, Marina City will be built on a total of 14 hectares and will include 2,500 apartments: 363 of these will be completed in the first two phases.
The Marina City investment will rehabilitate a 14-hectare former industrial site, creating 2.5 thousand smart homes on the Danube bank.
