Far Eastern electronics manufacturer has chosen Győr as the location for its new plant

ASMPT's new hall in VGP Park Győr Béta, where the international semiconductor and electronics products manufacturer will carry out assembly and logistics activities, has been completed. Logistics and light industrial real estate services provider VGP has handed over more than 11,200 m2 of warehouse space and 2,220 m2 of office space to the Singapore-based company. The building is located next to the Audi plant in the industrial zone of Győr, according to a press release.

The VGP Park Béta Győr is located along the M1 motorway connecting Vienna to Budapest, near the exit at km 112, next to the Audi factory. The park is easily accessible by urban public transport and currently operates with 70 000 m2 of leased real estate, with a further 35 000 m2 of land still to be developed.

They also meet green requirements

ASMPT's well-insulated buildings with heat pump heating systems are Very Good BREEAM certified according to the BREEAM International New Construction system. Large office blocks and special rooms for production have been handed over, and the buildings' lighting has been adapted to ASMPT's activities.
