Nearly 100 parking spaces will also be created at the more than 150-year-old high school.

The European call for tenders for the construction of an educational project by the Vocational Training Centre of Mátészalka was published in the European Call for Tenders. According to the tender, the development of the Antal Buda Nagy Technical and Vocational High School will include the construction of a main school building and a dormitory in Nagykálló, also in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county.

Founded in 1870, this grand institution is located in the centre of the city on Korányi Frigyes Street: according to the description, it is currently a complex of pillared, prefabricated buildings. In the 2000s, its façades were insulated and plastered with a dryvit system, and the old structures were replaced with double-layer plastic windows

Among other things, the description shows that the foundation for the planned building complex next to the existing one will require the construction of so-called well foundations, based on a soil survey. Part of the excavated soil will be transported and part will be used for landscaping around the building. The new building complex is also described as having vertical load-bearing structures typically consisting of monolithic reinforced concrete columns, wall structures and masonry load-bearing wall structures; while the horizontal load-bearing structures will also consist of monolithic reinforced concrete beams and slabs.

The property will also require at least 96 parking spaces.
