The latest project of Biggeorge Property, the construction of Cosmo Residence in Újlipótváros, will start at the end of the year, according to the Hungarian property developer, as reported by vg.hu. The area bordered by Hegedűs Gyula, Visegrádi, Victor Hugo and Thurzó streets had been used as a car park for decades and was the last area of its kind in Újlipótváros.

The Cosmo Residence will be completed with seven floors, a two-storey underground garage, retail space, car parking and last but not least 228 apartments in the recently renewed Thurzo Park and Westend.

As Petra Demetrovits, the company's sales director, told the newspaper, 20 percent of the apartments are already sold, and the properties, which can be rented with a 10 percent down payment, are sought by investors and people looking for a home for their own use.

Subsidiaries Biggeorge Property Nyrt. and their respective funds have so far developed 3025 apartments and 167 514 square metres gross of office, industrial and logistics properties. The group and the funds it manages have a further 2 533 plots of land suitable for residential development. The company's logistics business, LogStar, currently has 100 hectares of industrial land for sale.
