The Marriott Moxy hotel in Inner-Erzsébetváros is already under construction

Forestay Group held the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Marriott Moxy Budapest hotel currently under construction – writes Realista, based on information from the company. The hotel is already under construction on Kazinczy Street in the popular Inner Erzsébetváros district, where the hotel's appearance will be adapted to the unique character of the neighbourhood. The 9-storey building will have a total area of 18,700 m² and was designed by Art-NT Építész Stúdió Kft. – according to the project's nomination for the Office of the Year Commercial Project of the Year 2023 award.

Created by the Marriott hotel chain, Moxy is the brand's affordable and stylish accommodation, they say, adding that the brand offers stylish, industrial design and a host of community amenities at an affordable price, so guests will stay in an efficient building.
