New hotel in Siofok built in ten months

The Sió Residence apartment hotel in Siófok, the southern capital of Lake Balaton, was handed over on schedule, according to the contractor Dryvit Profi Kft. information published on its Facebook page. The project involved construction on the banks of the Sió River and the creation of a three-storey building, in which, as previously we wrote earlier, 40 apartments were created. The building, with an atrium and central corridor, was constructed with two wings.

A thousand plants were also planted

"From the very beginning of the project, it was clear that the pace of construction was extremely tight, but we received the trust of our client. He believed that it was possible to complete the building in less than 1 year, despite the fact that many people thought it was impossible", said exec. István Szép project director.

The building was finally ready for occupation in less than 10 months, with nearly 1,000 plants in the garden.
