The Hungaroring renovation is moving ahead at full steam: the auditorium is already taking shape

Chairs are already being installed in the grandstand, which means that this phase of the Hungaroring strategic development project is really coming to an end, according to the race track's official Facebook page. The announcement highlighted that 1,200 people are already working daily to ensure that Hungaroring can reclaim the area in mid-June.

In recent weeks, the waterproofing of the roof has been completed, the steel structure of the commentator's seat has been finished, the installation of solar panels and windows is underway, and road and paving works are underway. A few days ago, the first sound test took place.

The complete transformation will involve

• the demolition and construction of the main atrium,
• the complete demolition of the paddock, the main building of the circuit, and the construction of a new, ready-to-use building, including the provision of the necessary facilities for the F1 race in August;
• and the redevelopment of the event space.
