The architectural elements of the new All Light site are slowly unfolding

In February, we reported that Épkar Zrt. had been completed with its complex structures built in Törökbálint. Work has continued since then,

By now, the roof structure, which combines both flat and low-pitched sections, is complete with all the layers in place, and the façade cladding has been applied to the warehouse.

The advantages of a hybrid structure - pillar frame, ceramic frame infill; and precast reinforced concrete masonry - are slowly unfolding, dividing the mixed-function building into two, not only in function but also in ambience. And the internal atrium and its glass facade now show the inspiring green environment that will await visitors.

Three functions, one building

As we wrote earlier: the 700 m² building on the 6532 m² plot in Törökbálint, which is distinguished not only by its unusual panoramic beauty but also by its excellent infrastructure, will be constructed by Épkar using a different structure for the reinforced concrete structures of the 700 m² building, including the 400 m² two-storey office and the 300 m² warehouse.

The joint building could be a real reference building, as the investor All Light Kft. intends to operate the building in the most sustainable way possible, with storage and showroom functions in addition to the work spaces.
