Four road sections to be renewed on the south-eastern border between the capital and the agglomeration

A total of four road renovation projects were successfully tendered in the 18th district of the capital. According to data published in the Public Procurement Bulletin published in the Public Procurement Bulletin, all elements of the district municipality's project series will be carried out by Burkolat-Bau Kft. , also based in the capital (in the 17th district), for a total net value of approximately HUF 298 million. The investments will all take place near Liszt Ferenc Airport, although they will not affect the direct connection.

The four sections concerned

• 984 square metres of Beszterce Street (the section between Marosvásárhely Street and Királyhágó Street),
• in Előd Street (the section between Felsőcsatári út and Ond Street) on 466 square metres,
• Vajk street (section between Vajk street 4 and Nimród street) on 1060 square metres,
• and Városház Street (the section between Wlassics Street and Kossuth Street) on 1386 square metres.

Work also north and south of Üllői road

The project in the XVIII district, which also includes Pestszentlőrincet and Pestszentimrét, will involve asphalt paving in all four locations, along with several other construction processes. Beszterce Street is located in Szent Imre-Kertváros, Előd Street and Vajk Street in Erzsébettelepe and Városház Street in Bókaytelepe (Városház Street leads directly into Üllői út).
