Hungarian development: artificial intelligence helps green building design

The Hungarian-owned company, which is also active in the field of sustainable real estate consulting, has developed an artificial intelligence-based assistance tool in collaboration with its IT partner Greenbors Consulting, has developed an artificial intelligence-based assistance tool, according to a press release sent to our newspaper.  Sustainabot is an AI-based green building certification analysis software that improves the process and efficiency of obtaining building certifications, which are becoming increasingly valuable and even a basic requirement these days.

Gábor Szarvas, CEO of Greenbors, is also the chairman of Magyar Környezettudatos Építés Egyesület (HuGBC) . In this capacity, he recently made a statement at a professional event speech at a professional event: Among other things, he summarised that in terms of BREEAM certifications, for example, there was a 54% increase between 2023 and 2024, while in the case of existing building certifications, the increase was more than 70 per cent.

Artificial intelligence also scans complete documentation packages

Sustainabot significantly speeds up the compliance screening of documents. AI even selects entire document packages of data and assigns them to preset credits. The system also identifies missing or already met requirements, so you can see where you need to take action.
