Well-located homes take their final shape in a city of fifty-five thousand inhabitants

 The ZÁÉV Építőipari Zrt. investment, the residential complex on Kerámia Street will be completed by January 2025, with two staircases equipped with lifts and underground garages. The project will deliver thirty new homes, which can also be purchased with the CSOK application.

Homes in a variety of sizes, with affordable energy bills

The A+ energy-rated homes are built in a variety of sizes to suit a wide range of living situations: so, older people, families and nesters can all find a home. The smallest property is 45 square metres and the most spacious is 100 square metres, with a range of alternatives between the two limits. Favorit Lakópark Kft. has already started selling properties.

Walking distance to the theatre, shops and offices

The Kerámia residential complex has an excellent location: within walking distance to the public transport network, shops, theatre and other entertainment facilities, as well as the offices necessary for the administration.
Close to the hustle and bustle of the city, the tranquillity of the home is ensured by, among other things, the use of sound-absorbing ceramic masonry elements in the walls separating the apartments and acoustic separation layers in the flooring.

All apartments in the building with lift have a spacious terrace

The apartments are split-level and each has a spacious terrace. The basement of the building is equipped with an elevator and a garage, but there is also surface parking available. Above the garage level, a roof garden and a roof terrace have been created in the area between the new blocks.
The buildings in the Ceramics III development phase, which will be fully completed shortly, were constructed with a high ground level above the garages and three additional floors.

Official handover starts in October

The expansion of the residential park was started in 2022-23 by the experts of ZÁÉV Zrt.. The company's own investment in 30 residential blocks will soon take its final form. Once the work on the exterior facades is complete, the scaffolding will be dismantled. Work is also in full swing on the interior spaces, with the installation of cold and warm coverings being carried out in parallel with and in coordination with a number of other specialist tasks.
