VAT rebate and fitted kitchen furniture boost sales in new BudaPart building

The sale of apartments in the newest residential building of BudaPart has started, according to the real estate developer Property Market Kft. It was reminded that the tenth residential building of the new district, which is being built next to the Lágymányosi-öböl, is located in the neighbourhood of the central park, in a natural environment.

Mostly sought by young families

The release also revealed that there is increased interest in the 'J' building of BudaPart Homes, which is being built under the Market Építő Zrt. generic development, as evidenced by the fact that nearly a fifth of the properties have already been sold during pre-registration.

Initial experience shows that the residential building is particularly popular with young families, first-time buyers and investors. "However, it is also a good option for those who prioritise both green belt harmony and urban vibrancy," the statement added.

All apartments have a balcony or terrace

The eight-storey building will have a uniform design and will house a total of 226 apartments of different sizes.

Comfort and energy saving were important factors in the design: while the former aspect is reflected in the balcony or terrace of each apartment, the latter is achieved through the geothermal heating system. Commercial units, storage and parking have been provided on the ground floor, and the building also has an extensive internal garden.

As previously reported, the conceptual and working permit plans for the dwelling were prepared by Finta és Társai Építész Stúdió, while Óbuda Group was responsible for the permit and construction plans.

The summary stresses that a strong emphasis has been placed on well-developed infrastructure in the design. The vision of the 15-minute city includes a wide range of services: from a variety of catering facilities to a professional beauty salon, sports and leisure facilities, residents and guests can choose from a wide range of options. The building also has a 24-hour reception service.

Eligibility for the 5 percent VAT refund

"Interest in new-build apartments in Budapest remains strong, and BudaPart homes are particularly sought after for their sustainable solutions and good location," the statement quoted Ákos Kiss, managing director of Property Market Kft..

He also pointed out as a major value proposition the possibility for private individuals to claim a 5% VAT rebate on the purchase of housing thanks to the classification of the Rust Belt. "In the introductory period, for apartments larger than 3 bedrooms, fitted kitchen furniture will be part of the technical content," he pointed out.
