A 7.1-hectare industrial park is being developed between Pécs and Mohács at a cost of 613 million forints.
Six plots with public utilities are available for companies in the industrial park in Szederkény.

The entire cost of connecting the 7.1-hectare area to public utilities will be covered by a non-repayable grant from the Regional and Local Development Operational Programme Plus (TOP Plusz). The work site has already been handed over to the experts of VivaPalazzo Zrt., who have been commissioned to carry out the construction work and will build the shared infrastructure network serving the six plots.
