The renovation of the central and southern stations of the M3 metro line wins an architectural award
The Budapest Architecture Award has been awarded once again. The public competition is announced annually by the Municipality of Budapest and the Budapest Chamber of Architects in order to recognise and publicise the most outstanding architectural works that have shaped the cityscape.
The award ceremony was held on 1 December 2023 at the FUGA Budapest Architecture Centre, where an exhibition of all the entries received for the competition can be viewed. This year, the Jury of the Budapest Architectural Excellence Award again honoured outstanding ideas and concepts that are worthy of the city's past, define its present and provide a response to the challenges of the future.
