Unadulterated greenfield project closes in the South Transdanubian region - Kindergarten built on sloping, bushy land  

The institution was commissioned by the Diocese of Pécs and built according to the plans of Greg Építész Stúdió Kft. by Hungary's second oldest construction company, ZÁÉV Építőipari Zrt., Hungary's second oldest construction company, based on the plans of Greg Építész Stúdió Kft..

Every element of the building focuses on the child's development

The greenfield project started in November 2023 on a heavily overgrown plot of land in Dombóvár with trees and bushes, with the clearing of the area and the moving of nearly 7000 cubic metres of soil. The contractor had to complete all utilities and capacity expansion was also required.
The works were completed in 12 phases, resulting in a modern facility with four classrooms, with capacity for 100 children, and a focus on the needs of the youngest. Among the many special features of the building, the lobby stands out. 

The preparation of the project was not ordinary either: the plans for the four classrooms, the activities and the gym were prepared in cooperation with the professional staff of the kindergarten.
