Épkar has reached the finishing line with the construction of the Manoliget (formerly Rozsnyói Street) crèche.

The contractor recently shared new photos of the new 84-place nursery in a suburban area of Érd Épkar Zrt.. Based on the photos, the facility is now almost ready to welcome children and teachers.

Outside, the games are in full swing

Landscaping and landscaping are the only things left to do on the exterior of the Manóliget nursery, all roof structures are complete with all layers finished, all facades have their final coatings

Installation of outdoor toys can begin, and some elements have already been installed in yards.

Soon the distinctive reinforced concrete shades framing the building will take their final shape, which are already painted after the rendering and only the shading surfaces are missing.

Furniture arrives in the interior

The hot kitchen, all the mechanical and electrical installations have been completed, and the hot and cold tiles have been installed in the interiors. The children will have PVC flooring in the play areas, while the common areas, toilets and kitchen have been fitted with ceramic tiles in a variety of colours and sizes.

The shades of tiling and wall paintings also separate the separate occupational spaces, while in the shared washrooms, their colours playfully blend to keep the shared ones visually unified.

The overhead lighting in the central corridor also gives a glimpse of the concept of interior lighting: natural light is supplemented by economical, warm LED light sources to maximise the amount of natural light that can be diffused.
