The tenth residential building of BudaPart will be built next to the central park

Pre-registration has opened for the tenth residential building in the BudaPart project. The new residential building "J", built in the vicinity of the Kopaszi dam, will be located directly next to the green area of the central park of more than 7000 square metres, with a panoramic view of the Bay of Lágymányos. According to the developer Property Market, the eight-storey building will house a total of 226 apartments of various sizes.

The conceptual designs and interim permit plans for the residential building constructed by Market Építő Zrt. were prepared by Finta és Társai Építész Stúdió, while Óbuda Group was responsible for the permit and construction plans. according to data from epiteszforum.hu.

Excellent infrastructure, proximity to nature and sports facilities

Property Market emphasises that all apartments have a balcony or terrace and the building has a 24-hour concierge service. Commercial units, storage and parking spaces are located on the ground floor, and bicycle storage is available on the garage level.

The report also quoted Ákos Kiss, Managing Director of Property Market, who pointed out that the 11th district is one of the most sought-after areas of the capital: property prices are not only crisis-proof, but also show long-term value growth.
