Panattoni begins construction of a major logistics centre near the north-western triple border
The industrial property developer Panattoni Hungary industrial property developer is implementing its fifth investment in Hungary, building two halls in the Panattoni Park Moson logistics park at a cost of approximately HUF 10 billion. The buildings will be used by Fiege Szállítmányozási és Logisztikai Kft., the company announced on Wednesday.
The German-owned Fiege Szállítmányozási és Logisztikai Kft. has signed a lease agreement with the industrial property developer for 51,000 square metres. The projects will be implemented in the Recorde Panattoni RPM Property Funds, which are managed by Recorde Alapkezelő Zrt., a subsidiary of the Concorde Group property fund management company.

Panattoni Hungary was established in 2021 and has completed four developments over the past four and a half years, all of which are 100 per cent let, with a combined size of over 130,000 square metres.
We have also written about these topics in our newspaper: the new Rossmann logistics centre in Üllő was recently handed over, and the new automotive manufacturing hall of ZF Chassis Modules Hungary Kft., part of the German technology group ZF, was also commissioned by Panattoni completed with the project closing in 2024. In May 2024, we also reported on another similar project when handed over the Panattoni City Dock Törökbálint. The logistics centre, consisting of four warehouses, was built by Market Építő and Aston Construction Zrt..
According to today's press release, Panattoni Hungary has no plans to halt development: in line with economic conditions and demand, they plan to launch several BTS and speculative developments in the coming years, they wrote.
According to publicly available company data, the company's net sales revenue in 2024 was 20.779 billion Hungarian forints, compared to 2.357 billion Hungarian forints a year earlier. The company closed 2024 with a profit of HUF 4.840 billion, while its after-tax profit in 2023 amounted to HUF 68.55 million.
