Approximately 30 kilometres from Budapest, at the Bagy exit of the M3 motorway, MyRA Parkot is building Faedra Group.

Just 8 minutes from Bag railway station, right next to the M3 motorway, Faedra Group, a company known primarily for its industrial, logistics and residential property developments, is set to build its first shopping centre , according to the company's announcement quoted by Világgazdaság.

Investment filling a gap

The aim of MyRA Park M3 is to provide the residents of the settlements around Aszód and the traffic passing through the M3 motorway with modern, easily accessible shopping and leisure facilities.

According to the company, they approach retail projects with the same high quality standards and well-thought-out concepts as they do industrial or residential developments.

In order to serve customers as well as possible, Faedra Group has joined the Hungarian Shopping Centre Association. According to the company, joining the professional community provides an opportunity to learn about best market practices, while also allowing them to channel their experience gained in industrial, logistics and residential property development into retail projects.

Construction is already well underway.

The development of MyRA Park M3, which is being built at the Bagy exit of the M3 motorway, commenced at the end of 2025, and the project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.

In two phases, a total of 8,500 square metres of retail space will be created for more than ten shops. Visitors will have access to 275 parking spaces for their convenience.

When selecting the location, key considerations were the proximity to a busy transport hub and the limited availability of modern retail outlets in the area.
