They emphasise that Óbuda Group is not only a committed supporter of sustainable construction, but is also actively involved in increasing the number of green certifications in Hungary. For more than 10 years, their sustainability team has helped nearly 80 major projects to achieve LEED, BREEAM or WELL certification, including
- a MOL Campus,

"The HuGBC plays a unique role in the green transition of the construction industry in Hungary. The association, through the cooperation of excellent professionals and companies committed to sustainability, can make a positive impact in Hungary that no single actor would be able to achieve on its own. We are confident that by joining this professional community, Óbuda Group will be able to contribute even more to the sustainability goals that will lead to the climate-neutralisation of the construction industry, which until now it has only been able to achieve independently through its own projects"
- said Barnabás Herényi, head of the Óbuda Group sustainability team.
"We are delighted that the Óbuda Group has joined the HuGBC. Their expertise and experience will bring significant added value to our organisation. We are confident that together we can achieve further results in the field of sustainability and contribute to making Hungary's built environment greener and more livable"- said Gábor Szarvas, President of HuGBC.
