Metropolitan agglomeration city expands its parking facilities
The bid deemed best in the public procurement procedure was selected, and based on the results notification, WIZLER-AQUA Építőipari, Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. will build 16 new parking spaces, new pavements and barrier-free pedestrian crossings in Kistarcsa.

The development consists of several elements, one of which is the creation of a parking lot for a total of 16 cars in front of the property at 3 Eperjesi Road. The new spaces for perpendicular and parallel parking will be paved with asphalt.
The contractor's tasks also include the construction of a 85.2 m long public sidewalk and an
accessible pedestrian crossing.
Road renovation near the Dripping Nursery
The project includes the resurfacing of the 6 m wide, 93.2 m long asphalt pavement between Eperjesi Road 3 and the Tipegő Nursery School. In order to modernise the drainage, the number of stormwater drainage manholes will be increased, ensuring the durability of the road surface and the efficient drainage of stormwater.
Green space development and edging
The landscaping will include the planting of trees and 292 square metres of lawn. In addition, a 13-metre long sloping verge will be built to provide an aesthetic and safe separation between traffic and pedestrian areas.
