Visible benefit of experience

Bela Armos, CEO of KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt., said:

„As a general contractor, we welcome and support all new investments, as these developments play a key role in the economic and community life of the region. We are proud to have been an active player in such forward-looking projects, even in difficult times. Our flagship projects in recent years, including the Tilia Office Building, the Flextronics factory, the Mercedes and BMW factories, the MA-HARD projects, the Ceva-Phylaxia vaccine factory, the LaPrimore hotel, the Liszt Ferenc Airport taxiway and the Stop Shop Salgótarján, show that diversification has always been and will continue to be an integral part of our operations.

We aim to use our resources in a centralised way, with strong leadership and effective teamwork to make our projects a success. Thanks to excellent collaboration with the client and design side, even the early stages of a project run smoothly, meeting all deadlines. In the case of Stop Shop Salgótarján, for example, we completed the excavation work, including humus removal, notching, backfilling and subsoil compaction, in less than three weeks, while also excavating the remains of the former industrial buildings. Thanks to the stabilisation layer created using on-site materials, the preconditions for the piling works have been met and the resources required for construction are fully in place.

Every competitive contract we win confirms that we are on the right track to meet the challenges of efficient and high-quality construction.”

Useful for everyone

Our newspaper also attended the groundbreaking ceremony, where Mátyás Gereben, country manager of the investor CPI Hungary, highlighted in his speech:

„Strong developer will, growing commercial demand and a good, thriving partnership with the city government have given us the opportunity to start the project. The role of the general contractor KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt. must be mentioned in this, as it is their professionalism and technical expertise that has led to us being able to work together on the project today. As contractors, they are open to involve local subcontractors in the process, which is also very important for Salgótarján.”

Bálint Kreicsi, Mayor of Salgótarján, stressed the importance of the project in a broader context:

„It is very important for us that this is not just an investment, a business portfolio, but a development as a whole: we can already provide jobs for local people at the entrepreneurial level. And later we can provide jobs for those who are in the retail and hospitality sectors. This will also help Salgótarján to develop in all areas of life.”
