There is good news regarding the Láng Negyed project – the investor has spoken out

In mid-July, our newspaper published an interview about the new district being developed in the 13th district new neighbourhood in the 13th District. In response to reports in the press over the past few weeks, the developer of Láng Negyed has now issued the following statement:

The project owner and developer is Southblaze Kft. A Bayer Construct Zrt. is involved in the project solely in the capacity of a contractor; it is not involved in the ownership, financing or decision-making structure of the development – according to a statement by Zsanett Rózsahegyi, project director.

It emphasises that the buildings of the Láng Negyed project, which are currently under construction, have valid building permits, and that the approved plans have been endorsed by both the district planning advisory committee and the national architectural planning committee.

Construction is progressing according to schedule: the civil engineering works will be completed by the end of September, and structural work will then commence. As the developer, we are committed to ensuring that homebuyers can take possession of their homes on time and in accordance with the agreed technical specifications. To this end, we ensure that the project is delivered on schedule and to the required technical standards, regardless of who the contractor is.

The aim of the Láng Negyed project is to transform the Láng Gépgyár site in an exemplary manner, whilst preserving its industrial heritage. On the site of the former brownfield industrial area, a people-centred neighbourhood featuring green spaces and communal areas will be created: a district with the power to foster community spirit and which embodies stable, reliable quality.
