Development of several kilometres of road may begin in Rákosmente
The local government of Rákosmente has signed a framework agreement for the execution of road and civil engineering works with the winner of the public procurement with Penta Általános Építőipari Kft.. In the process, they sought a partner for the complex implementation of road renovation works, which, in addition to road construction, pavement construction, paving and car park construction tasks, may also include rainwater drainage or the installation of public lighting.
Rákóczi and Vörösmarty streets in Rákoshegy may be renovated
The first part of the two-part public procurement project involves the reconstruction of the entire length of Rákóczi Street in District XVII (between Lőrinci Road and the boundary of the residential area), as well as the reconstruction of Vörösmarty Street between Ferihegyi Road and Lőrinci Road. The work must be carried out together with the construction of a one-sided pavement, the associated drainage, the expansion of the public lighting network, the design of traffic technology, and, if necessary, tree felling and replacement.

In Rákoskeresztúr, Egervár Street may also undergo transformation, alongside Ágas Street, Bölcske Street and Börzönce Street.
The second phase of the project involves the complete renovation of Ágas Street (between Pesti Road and Cséplő Street), Bölcske Street (between Börzönce Street and Egerszeg Street), Börzönce Street (between Balassagyarmat Street and Egervár Street), and the entire length of Egervár Street (between Börzönce Street and Egerszeg Street) will be renovated by the winning bidder Penta, including the construction of a one-sided pavement, the associated drainage system, the expansion of the public lighting network, traffic engineering, and, if necessary, tree felling and replacement.
